Shipping Policy

General Information

All orders are packed and dispatched within one working day after payments have been fully received. However, we reserve the right to allow up to 5 working days from the day your order is placed to ship your order. Some special, out-of-stock items or items on back-order may take up to 14 days to ship. Any order which is not shipped within 2 working days will be noticed to you by our team.

"Same Day Shipping" is only available to existing and special customers provided that the order is placed and processed before 10:00 am (Greenwich Mean Time).

Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipments are considered only with UK mainland and a surcharge applies to deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Wight, Man, Scilly & postcodes:- KA27-28, KW, IV, PH, ZE. Please email for a quotation for non UK postage rates before making a purchase. Failure to do so can result in us cancelling the order.

Postage for one item is at the flat rate of £2.50 otherwise stated (some special products require additional fees) and each additional item will be charged £0.50 extra on the total shipping fees.

Most packages up to 5 kgs are sent by Royal Mail (unless otherwise requested) usually arriving within 1-3 working days but can take up to 5 days. This is a trackable service (Royal Mail Tracked), but Royal Mail will not accept enquiries relating to slow deliveries until 15 working days have passed.

Parcels over 5 kgs are usually sent by Express Courier (DHL, Interlink are major) normally arriving within 1-3 working days.

Please note that regular domestic shipping only include insurance to claim a maximum value of £34, if customers need further insurance, please either select Express shipping or Optional insurance.

International Shipments

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated and estimated by the weight of one item or of the whole shipment. Shipping also is combined for multiple shopping.

Most packages up to 2 kgs are sent by Royal Mail service (unless otherwise requested)  and large order will be split into separate boxes (up to 2 kgs) to be sent by Royal Mail (unless otherwise requested), usually arriving:

     •   Standard Airmail (without insurance): within 7 working days for EU countries and within 14 days for other countries.

     •   International Signed-for (Priority with insurance): within 4 working days for EU countries and within 7 days for other countries.
