
Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection(s), click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We will contact you to confirm your order with their availability. Please note that not all products and offers are available for immediate dispatch. Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will try to contact you as soon as possible. If we cannot get hold of them, we will inform, then refund you for the missing item(s) and ship the rest of the order.
We can also process direct orders via email for quicker, risk-free and time-saving transactions. Just drop us an email to info@jetspro.net.
Different postage options are given at the checkout stage. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the incorrect postage rate for a given locality has been chosen.
Payment methods
For UK customers: we accept credit card payment with NOCHEX, Personal cheque, Postal order and Bank deposit. Customers who bank with HSBC are highly recommended to use Instant Bank Transfer via internet for easier transactions.
For overseas customers: we accept credit card payment with NOCHEX and Money order as main methods. Bank transfer will be accepted but we have to charge £9.00 for overseas transaction fee (except customers who bank wish HSBC in world).
If you would like to use any other methods, please contact us and we will let you know if they are suitable to us.
Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Any unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, in a re-saleable condition, together with any instructions, any labels and in the original packaging. If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. However, we are not responsible for any possible damage made by delivery service.
Please note that customers will be responsible for any expenses while sending the model(s) back to us for a replacement or refund. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by e-mail or contact form.
